Delivery charges.

We do charge for delivery and this cost varies depending on the distance from our store to your home. Please ask for delivery details at point of sale or contact us by phone or e-mail, we will do our best to keep these charges as low as economically possible.

Access.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access to deliver your product into your home and into your chosen location. You should consider vehicle access, lifts, porches and tight staircases. We will do everything possible to make your delivery but in the event of the product not fitting through doorways or stairs you may be offered an alternative product that will fit into your property.

You must consider things such as pictures, shelves and radiators as these could get damaged, our delivery crew are very experienced and professional and will asses each situation upon their arrival. If you insist that the delivery crew attempt a delivery that in their opinion may cause damage to your property or goods you will be asked to sign a disclaimer, although this is very rare.

Deposits

A small deposit is required to secure any item, usually 20%, this is not refundable.
